Renovating is a big trend, here are some of my latest projects

Casa JJPER

The goal for this renovation was to expand the outdoors social area of the house, emphasizing mainly on the porche and BBQ space. The challenge was creating volumetrics that seamlessly integrated with the pre-existing structure, preventing at all costs appearing as an appendages, while reconnecting interios spaces to their natural surroundings.

Colegio Británico

Colegio Britanico commissioned the renovation of their lobby and admissions office. Their requirement was a contemporary British look which will appeal to prospective students and their parents.
